Out Parcel Development/Prototype Deployment / Various Locations

Through close coordination with the entire design team – Architect, Building Engineers, Landscape Architect and Site Lighting – the deployment of several national branded commercial buildings was completed.  The services performed included due diligence, preliminary site plans, construction documents, construction observation and certification of completion.  Clients included Wachovia Bank, Riverside Bank, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, and others.
